Pineapple Fluff Dessert

Ingredients:
1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, drained
1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
1 cup whipped topping (Cool Whip)
1/2 cup mini marshmallows
1/2 cup shredded coconut (optional)
1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)
1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk (for extra creaminess)
Maraschino cherries for garnish
Instructions:
Mix the pudding & pineapple: In a large bowl, stir together the instant pudding mix and drained crushed pineapple until well combined. Let sit for 5 minutes to thicken.
Fold in the whipped topping: Gently fold in the whipped topping until smooth and fluffy.
Add mix-ins: Stir in mini marshmallows, coconut, and nuts (if using). For a creamier texture, add sweetened condensed milk and mix well.
Chill: Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to blend.
Serve & Garnish: Spoon into serving bowls, top with a maraschino cherry, and enjoy!
Tip: For a tropical twist, add diced mango or mandarin oranges!
