Simple Greek Yogurt Cake 🍰

Ingredients:

• 2 eggs

• 150g Greek yogurt (about ⅔ cup)

• ½ cup all-purpose flour (about 60g)

Optional Add-ins (for extra flavor):

• 1-2 tbsp honey or sugar (if you want it sweeter)

• ½ tsp vanilla extract

• ½ tsp baking powder (for extra fluffiness)

Instructions:

1. Preheat Oven: Set to 350°F (175°C). Grease a small cake pan or line it with parchment paper.

2. Mix Ingredients: In a bowl, whisk eggs until slightly frothy. Add Greek yogurt and mix until smooth.

3. Add Flour: Gradually sift in the flour (and baking powder if using), stirring until just combined. Don’t overmix.

4. Bake: Pour batter into the prepared cake pan and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
