GOOEY OOEY BARS

Ingredients:

+For dandruff:

°1 box dry yellow cake mix (unprepared)

°8 tablespoons butter (melted)

°1 egg

+sticky layer:

°8 oz. cream cheese (soft)

°2 eggs (whipped)

°16 oz. powdered sugar

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F

In a medium bowl, combine cake batter, melted butter, and eggs. Mixing until smooth & well blended.

Pat and press the mixture evenly into the bottom of a greased 9×13 pan. Put aside.

In a separate large bowl, whisk the cream cheese and blend. Add the eggs and beat until smooth, 1 or 2 minutes. Add the powdered sugar and continue to whisk until well blended.

Pour over crust and bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes or until cooked through. Do not overcook.

Once baked, remove from the oven and allow to cool completely before cutting into bars.
