Ingredients:
- 2 lbs chicken tenders, thighs, or breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 8 to 10 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
- 1 tbsp hot sauce (or more to taste)
- 2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/3 cup fresh parsley, minced
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Preparation:
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning.
- In a bowl, mix together the olive oil, melted butter, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, hot sauce, red pepper flakes, parsley, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
- Thread the chicken pieces onto the skewers and brush them generously with the garlic Parmesan mixture, making sure each piece is coated.
- Grill the skewers for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is fully cooked and has a nice char.
- Serve hot, garnished with extra Parmesan and parsley if desired.
