frozen breakfast sandwiches

My husband and I like the frozen breakfast sandwiches from the grocery store but they get pretty pricey for only 4 in a box so I decided to make my own. Super easy and cheap! Eggs, pork sausage patties, English muffins & sliced cheese. About $10 to make a dozen!I used olive oil to coat the molds. Cracked an egg in the mold. Baked on 350° (375°convection) for 17 minutes. Less time if u want a runny yolk. Sprinkled salt and pepper.Edit to add-To reheat I microwave them wrapped in a paper towel for 1 minutes and 30 seconds. (Never had an issue with them drying out)The pork sausage patties are kroger brand, I cooked them in the oven on a sheet pan.
