°1/2 cup soft butter
°1 cup of sugar
°2 large eggs
°1 ripe, mashed banana
°8 ounces crushed pineapple (do not drain)
°2 cups flour
°1 teaspoon baking powder
°1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
°1/4 teaspoon salt
°1/4 cup grated coconut
*How to make Hawaiian Banana Bread:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. In bowl, beating butter & sugar with a mixer to mixture is light & fluffy. Adding eggs, one at a time, and beat to mixed.
Add the mashed banana and pineapple.
In other medium bowl, sift flour, baking powder, baking soda, & salt. Adding to wet ingredients.
Stir in the grated coconut flakes.
Pour mix to greased loaf pan (9 x 5). Bake for 60 min.

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan or line it with parchment paper. - Mix Wet Ingredients:
In a large bowl, combine the mashed bananas, crushed pineapple, applesauce, brown sugar, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix until well blended. - Combine Dry Ingredients:
In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon. If using coconut and nuts, add them to this mixture. - Combine Mixtures:
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients. Stir gently until just combined; do not overmix. - Pour and Bake:
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan. Bake for 55-65 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. - Cool:
Let the bread cool in the pan for about 10 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely.
