Crushed Pineapple (with juices) 20 oz can
Sugar 3/4 cup
Large Eggs 2
Cornstarch 2 tbsp
Vanilla Extract 2 tsp
Butter 1 1/2 tbsp (sliced into pats)

Preparation
Preheat and Prepare: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×9 inch baking dish.
Combine Ingredients: In a large bowl, stir together the crushed pineapple (with its juices), sugar, eggs, cornstarch, and vanilla extract until everything is well combined.
Pour and Top: Pour the pineapple mixture into the prepared baking dish. Dot the top of the mixture with the sliced pats of butter and sprinkle evenly with ground cinnamon.
Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 45 minutes, or until the edges are bubbly and the top is lightly golden brown.
Cool and Serve: Allow the pineapple bake to cool for 5-10 minutes before serving warm. Alternatively, chill it completely to serve cold.
Optional Toppings: Top with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream for an extra touch of indulgence, if desired.
