LEMON COCONUT CAKE

Ingredients:

150g Flour

°125g Powdered sugar

°100g Shredded coconut

°3Oeufs

°10cl Milk

°5tbsp Sunflower Oil

°1sachet Yeast

°1hazelnut Butter for the mould

°1Zer of grated lemon

°Pinch Salt

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 180 °C.

Pour the flour into a bowl with the coconut, powdered sugar, yeast and salt. Mix well and make a hole in the middle. Break in the whole eggs, then add the oil and zest. Mix with a whisk, dropping the flour mixture gradually. Add the milk as you go and continue mixing until the dough is smooth.

Pour the dough into a pre-buttered cake pan.

Bake for 40 minutes and let cool.
